Update exchange rate (NOT IMPLEMENTED)

NOTICE: Multi-currency support is NOT implemented in Arcus. Returns HTTP 501 unless entities.settings.multi_currency_enabled is true.

Updates the rate value or effective date of an existing exchange rate record. Changes do not retroactively revalue open foreign-currency invoices. To apply a new rate going forward, create a new exchange rate record with createExchangeRate using today’s effective date. Requires settings:write scope.
