Send a test event to a webhook endpoint

Fires a synthetic webhook.test event and force-queues a delivery to this endpoint regardless of its enabled_events subscription list. Use to verify your receiver is configured correctly.

INFRA-011 notice: deliveries are queued (status: pending) but not dispatched until the webhook deliverer Lambda (INFRA-011) is provisioned.

Requires webhooks:manage scope.

API key issued per entity via Settings > Developers > API Keys. Each key carries scopes (e.g. orders:read, products:write). Bearer token format: Authorization: Bearer ark_live_ent_Test keys use ark_test_ent_. Both are issued per entity
