Apply a customer deposit balance to an order

Applies some or all of a customer deposit’s remaining balance to a specific order. Posts the application JE (DR customer_deposits 2301 / CR AR) and increments the deposit’s applied_amount. amount is optional; when omitted, applies the lesser of the deposit balance and the order balance due. Requires the payments:write scope.
