Verify cryptographic chain integrity of audit log

Walks the prev_hash -> entry_hash chain for the entity’s audit log and returns whether the chain is intact. A broken chain indicates tampered or deleted rows. On a clean system this always returns {verified: true}.

Chain verification result

Result of the cryptographic chain integrity check on the audit log. A clean system returns {verified: true, chain_length: N}. A tampered or deleted row returns {verified: false, broken_at: , broken_reason: ...}.
